Over the past weekend we updated Measurement Devices in Industry & Science
It now also has a slightly different look, more in line with the other Measurement websites in our site family, but with a color scheme almost the same. Part of the incentive to make the update was the fact that a newly registered visitor somehow managed to bypass our security and scheduling function for new articles.
There was no malicious intent in what was done; but it came as a real wakeup call to the fact that some of our sites have security loopholes. We don’t want to be the last to know.
Appreciate any suggestions on keeping PostNuke and WordPress sites safe from prying spammers. We were lucky this time!
